Pros

good salary, will to change (new), trying to be innovative

Cons

No open dialogue. Management is manipulative. Low trust to the employees. Too much time spent with the company itself, poor middle management. If you are violiating some insufficient formalities (for example you are a bit too late or if you have forgotten to put your hours in SAP) you are punished. If you are trying to make new project, you are not appreciated, instead you need 6 months to get a small budget. Management does not trust you and is not willing to make decisions, which may have any even very low risk.
