      Certain managers are very helpful. All the employees are very intelligent and motivated. Good internal training.

      Cons

      Poor management of spending, employees all run their own program with little coordination. Workplace is old fashioned and limited by corporate thinking.

      no responsibility at work, as matrix organization. hard worker will continue to work hard, less chance to promote. only politician or showing person easily get promotion.
