      Top pay after probationary period of 6 months for all operators. No progression steps in pay.

      Cons

      There is a hard distinct line between operations and management. Operators are treated like second class citizens.

      Great pay and opportunity for lots of overtime. Lots of opportunities for promotions from within.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much mandatory overtime. Relationships between Operations and Management can be very stressed at times.
