Pros
Good pay and benefits. Very supportive and ability to move and advancement is good in mid Manger level roles within region.
Cons
Downside is there is a ceiling so if you senior level with 25 plus years you either accept that you will never be elevated to director or VP level regardless of skills. Because even the company says they promot equitable they don't. Top positions reserve for Germans. They bring Germany from overseas to USA or other regions fill high level senior roles then promote to director or head of dept. Or VP level roles once they return. You can apply and apply but you know the drill. You don't even get an interview. Also matrix environment is confusion Paralysis by Analysis, no decision can be made just endless meetings and power piont presentations and slides and graohs. 50 different programs doing the same thing, 3-4 bosses all contradicting themselves. Different goals and objectives.
