Pros

Solid value proposition to offer employees.

Cons

Decided to rely on HRIS to restructure HR operations - naive move thinking all levels of management could execute at the same level as experienced HR professionals when handling labor and personnel relations.

Pros

-Great Benefits and 401k Incentives -Great Healthcare Packages -Great Starting Pay (for the area, yet underpaid compared to other sites with less hazardous chemicals)

Cons

-Extremely Hazardous Chemicals -Poorly Managed -Equipment is not maintained properly leading to numerous outages or chemical releases. -Work/Life balance is grossly unbalanced -Vacation must be covered by other employees which forces overtime, reimbursement for unused vacation time is not guaranteed -Toxic work environment created by Upper Mgmt between Lower Mgmt and process workers -True Leadership is non-existent in roles where leadership is required -Terrible / non-structured training program
