Thanks for your post. We are glad you are learning, have great coworkers and a good working relationship with your supervisor. We would like to address the three points you bringing up as Cons: 1) The supervisor you describe as “bully”: be advised that a thorough investigation was conducted and there were no findings of bullying. 2) The pay structure for the Non-exempt employees: be advised that the work rules for will not change. 3) Our employees own their education and training, and we offer many options to support them. We encourage you to talk to your colleagues who are now pursuing degrees fully sponsored by BASF. We also offer a myriad of on-line and instructor-led courses. Please talk to your manager or HR representative who will help you take advantage of these programs and courses if you wish to do so.
