Targeting and bullying are common tactics by senior operations management. Fear and intimidation are the common drivers to keep employees in line. There is no voice for hourly technicians. Very little interaction is given by senior management and feedback is not appreciated, nor acted upon. Gift cards are given to contractors by management when an operator is caught making a mistake. This is a policy promoted by operations and maintenance senior leadership. The distrust and level of animosity has become unhealthy.
