Good Company, Great Benefits

Pros

Great place to work. Great benefits and vacation time amount.

Cons

The company is so big that sometimes things move slower than you would like. It takes a long time to get promotions, budgets approved, projects approved etc. I’m sure it’s the same for most large corporations.

Pros

Competitive wages, good benefits, visible opportunities, supportive peers, fast moving. Inter department politics not really a concern here.

Cons

Fast moving production, high performance environment, high expectations. You could be pressured to deliver by regional management depending on operating unit. Life is very tough, due to several several circumstances that makes the above difficult to deliver. Why not come and try it out?
