Business Outlook

Pros

- Start up feeling backed by a large group with >150 yrs of history. The group offers financial security, stability and leads the chemical sector worldwide - Diverse employee base. Work in english and opportunities to learn other languages (eg German) with funded courses - Very transparent management - Latest tech. Many opportunities to learn. - Diverse projects. Opportunities to move to different units

Cons

- No stock plan offered to employees - Technical expert career path still under development, but the Digital Hub is investing a lot of effort in that area - While the Hub is young and very agile, some other areas of the company (eg chemical production) can feel more old fashioned and rigid. However, that is normal and doesn’t usually affect us in the Digital Hubs
