      Very Good Benefits and work life balance

      I agree with the previous poster. The hiring practices are completely discriminatory. They primarily hire millennial's recruited from specific non-diverse universities and bring them in at the salary of a 20yr employee. If they wanted to honestly diversify the company, they would open up diverse leadership programs to internal candidates. While they advertise their recruitment numbers; they do advertise their minority retention numbers because we fly outta here for a more inclusive work environment.

      A Good Place to Work

      Pros

      The pay is good and the benefits are as good or better than any in the industry. The culture is good among the shift personnel and is really close knit. The safety culture is high and everyone is bought into helping and to it's constant improvement.

      Cons

      Mobility takes a while and can be a bit puzzling. Operator knowledge is sometimes marginalized or discounted as whining.
