Pros

Lots of resources, the benefits are excellent, and there are locations all over the world.

Cons

If you are trying to get a promotion in your current position, it is very difficult. The easiest way is to apply internally for similar jobs. Being willing to relocate is another big plus, but that's the biggest downfall.

Pros

Work/life balance is top. No stress. It's a giant company so you always get your salary+bonus even if you are a low performer

Cons

It's a giant organization. Difficult to be recognized. Hard to be promoted and generally offered new opportunities horizontal in the hierarchy. Lower pay compared to other chemical companies. If you are ambitious it's not the right place to work.
