      Salary, benefits, flexibility, family-friendly, colleagues, training, collaboration, longevity. I have worked at 2 other major corporations for years and this is where you want to work.

      Cons

      Need to adjust to different culture from other companies. This is not really a “con”, it is simply an adjustment.
