thank you for your lovely feedback! We are happy to see that you enjoy our working conditions and employee values. We are very proud of our flexible working model, where our employees can work according to their life situation. Either with flexible working hours, part-time or working from all over Germany for our #BASFHubBerlin.
We are constantly working on improving our compensation instruments. We are currently in a challenging market environment with external influencing factors to which we want to respond with good instruments, as we did with the bridge payment of 1400 euros at the beginning of the year.
