Pros

BASF is a very good company to work at, they care about their employees

Cons

The working experience changes depending on the area you are working at and also the boss you have. It could be heaven or hell.

Pros

I really love the company culture, everyone is supportive and literally there's no toxic work environment. Even the manager is pretty nice and truly care about you. There are many training opportunities, such as LinkedIn learning, course era, or BASF internal training program(yet you have to explore it by yourself). The work pace depends and usually you can manage your own work pace

Cons

The promotion is pretty slow. And if you are in Research and development team, academic credential is the priority they look into. Such as for climbing toward the higher manager role, the lowest standard bar you should be having is a PhD
