Pros

Stable company, broad technologies, dedicated employees, good benefits, many career options if you want to pursue

Cons

Slower than some customers need for innovation, too many reorganizations resulting in loss of some key talent, some managers promoted without leadership skills

Pros

It's a serious company, with strong values, that honors its commitments and respects diversity.

Cons

Like every company, it's made up of people, some of them may not follow company values, but that's just a detail.

Pros

good benefits decent pay ok hours

Cons

Too many running around trying to catch you doing some thing wrong then making a beeline to tattle at slightest misstep. Maintence is pathetic they hire outside contractors to do the work instead of making them do the work. Supervisors too focused on going to meetings. Pay raises to those who are the best buddies.
