Pros

Great benefits. Progressive in their employee resource groups for different cultures and communities. Decent on-boarding process to make sure you are up to speed with the company and your business unit. Always encouraged to innovate and stream line.

Cons

Very large company with differences between sites and between countries can be confusing. Restricted access to information that you may be used to having can slow you down. IT isn't the best.

Pros

Very good with career development, management listens to employees.

Cons

Everything is very bureaucratic. There's a lot to do that is not your main job, which takes a lot of time.
