Pros

Great 12 hour shift schedule allowing for work / life balance and the pat is on par or better than other similar companies

Cons

Structure changed towards hiring agency, no longer able to get a pension for new hires, getting used to the twelve hour shifts

Pros

The company provides some great perks and the atmosphere is generally curious with talented employees. They try to be competitive with the salaries and benefits but are usually reactive to the market.

Cons

BASF is a big company so it usually reacts slowly and it's easy to go unnoticed with so many people and moving parts. The job market within the company is pretty competitive.

Pros

Good benefits and company to work for and great 401k, we have a great group of coworkers to work with.

Cons

Stressful at times, some of the plant could use some structure and area ownership.
