Dear colleague, Thank you very much for your feedback! We are very pleased that you enjoy working at our #BASFHubBerlin and that you like our working atmosphere here. With regard to our remuneration, we are bound by a collective agreement. We always keep an eye on upcoming collective bargaining and were therefore really proud because of a new agreement: We were able to achieve a tariff increase of a total of 6,5 %! The first half will be adjusted on 01.01.2023 and the second half on 01.01.2024. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits that are highly appreciated by many of our colleagues. These include our flexible and mobile working models, a variety of training opportunities, regular company parties, a modern corporate culture and much more.
