Pros

Worked at crop protection R&D as an intern. Overall it was a great place to work. The colleagues were productive and friendly. Even as an intern, the work I was assigned was of high importance and interesting. I was given full access to seminars, group discussions, meetings and online resources within the company. Work-life balance was great. The company frequently organized activities for employees outside of work hour.

Cons

The compensation for interns was limited.

Pros

Good benefits from a large WW company that spends money on programs.

Cons

Salary increases are slim even for good performers; Senior leadership from different industries with little understanding of the market and customers.
