During my time at the company, I observed a strong focus on achieving business goals and delivering end solutions. However, there was comparatively less emphasis on the quality of the software itself. In an ideal IT environment, software quality and well-defined development processes are central to success. I believe that placing greater importance on software quality would significantly benefit the company, especially as it advances its digitalization efforts.
