Pros

Good salaries and benefits. Working on work life balance although not completely there for all.

Cons

They do not hold poor managers accountable for lack of management and employee development. HR backs theses managers even when wrong.

Pros

They focus on work-life balance, have great compensation and benefits. Management focuses on developing the employee and fosters a team atmosphere.

Cons

This is a very large corporation so it seems like things are always being standardized and/or changed. Which isn't all bad, just annoying.

Pros

Stable company. Good benefits. Very big, worldwide presence. People below the management ranks are generally very pleasant to work with.

Cons

Too big for its own good. Not a good place for purely technical people. Short term thinking.
