Pros

Good pay, good benefits. Most leads have the right attitude. Permitted space to work for the most part, guidance available when needed. Safety is a priority and production takes a back seat in most cases.

Cons

Cliques exist although they are not that noticeable. Working with chemicals has its hazards. Standards do not apply to everyone. Night shift can be difficult. 12 Hour shifts can be difficult.

Pros

Great oppurtunities to learn and progress, regardless of position or education they treat everyone with respect and treat you as a professional that they expect of you. Being treated as professional encourages you to act as such, they are a global corp. with over 100,000 employees but they realize every single person does matter. Awesome work life balance

Cons

when you apply do not expect a postion filled response so after 3 months usually means no thanks.
