Freedom, Global team work experience, Empowerment, patient co-workers, little or less reporting, good training programs, capable of implementing some idea into reality. work-life balance

Cons

low pay in average, can't really do something successful which beneficial to your personal career development, lack of customer and result-oriented culture especially in engineering and quality team.

- Processes are slow due to the global nature of the businesses and sometime the country sector heads have not enough authority to make decisions resulting in bottlenecks.
