Pros

The benefits were remarkable, great medical, good health, great education reimbursement. The educational aspect on how they had ongoing training to make you the best sales person in the business was remarkable.

Cons

Management loved to micromanage everything. You want to sell they want you to do reports.

Management was disrespectful to employees. More people were hired than were needed with the intent to fire people during their six month probationary period It was incredible stressful..

good salary, stable work environment, huge network, many job opportunities, good location to commute, options to work abroad, great workplace for engineers

Cons

boring industry (depends on the division), very slow, bureaucratic organization, very hierarchical, Ludwigshafen is a bad location for young people
