moderate pace of working but too many changes in company

Pros

Work load is moderate, people in other department are nice to work with. Complex and huge organisation, good exposure. Good place to be for those who wants a slower pace environment

Cons

Politics in company with loads of gossiping, manager promised a role but didn't materialize, communication and clarity is lacking. Progression and promotion is very slow.
