      The Company cares about its employees a lot. It gives lots of opportunities for development and promotion. I valued the culture and corporate spirit. Staff training being taken care. freedom through responsibility.

      Large Company, pretending to be implementing large global projects.

      Cons

      Quite low level of skills in IT and its management, most plucked from shop-floor just to avoid redundancies. Intolerant of knowledgeable IT professionals. Few departments full of gangs of fake IT consultants with fake experience, working as freelancers and milking money.
