Pros
You get paid a more than fair amount of money for the work you are expected to do. You get nice benefits. The people are awesome. I have met friends for life. Everyone is very approachable. The communication is very informal. People are pretty laid back. The only time you fill find someone dressed up in a suit is because some important top management person is visiting.
Cons
Senior management has been making some poor decisions which lead to a great amount of people leaving the company or being dissatisfied. Decision processes take forever. The tobacco market is continuously declining, making it difficult to stay profitable. Therefore the pressure is really high. HR is a joke - no transparency, poor talent management.
