Pros
BAT really values talent and invests a lot of money to attract high-potential employees. There are many opportunities for career growth, you can make an international career if you prove yourself. The company's culture is unique. Salaries are also quite attractive.
Cons
Everything can change a bit too quickly - one day your objectives are set in one direction, the other day your objectives can gain a completely different perspective. I guess it's the company's reaction to 'the real world'. However, better planning couldn't hurt. Also BAT's a bit political and bureaucratic- like any other big company. Too many leaders in one place is sometimes a problem seeing as everyone wants to be in the spotlight. Often this can seriously influence decision-making. And, of course, working for a tobacco company can be a huge ethical issue for many.
