      Employee benefits; easy working hours; good performance of shares; employees encouraged to move around the business during their careers.

      Cons

      Size of the organization and/or nature of its market mean it can be relatively un-commercial and slow-moving. Many long term employees stay because they are comfortable, but lack of challenge causes complacency.

      A very well organized company. Mature processes. Follows Strategy. Perfect opportunity for studying a successful business model.

      Cons

      Middle management personnel is not matching the quality of the upper echelons. This is a gap that most likely will be filled. The filling speed is not aligned with the needs.
