      a lot of effort put into development coaching / mentoring / open feedback culture friendly atmosphere transparent decision taking great possibilities for graduates structured processes

      strategy extremely individual driven, means changes with every new person at a senior level beurocracy & massive amount of procedures to follow industry

      You learn and experience alot. You are also exposed to alot of the top team members which allows you to gain more of a macro experience level.

      Cons

      You are a worka holic. Basically you have no work life balance especially when they are launching new products in new markets.
