Pros

Nice place and really enables work. The work given as day to day responsibilites or tasks and targets are challenging, rewarding and fulfilling. There are opportunities for growth depending on the unit you are in and the head room available.

Cons

poor staff culture and job scope high. The company believes too much in being on your own. This in my opinion is not the best as an enabling staff culture enable us to function better in the office environment. Work environment to an extent is a bit too casual but then again, that enables better interaction with all strata of employees in the office.

In terms of a great place to work, ability and freedom to take decisions about the business, being proactive in innovating new and better ways of doing things, then it is a great place to work. offers job flexibility as in you can determine what time to come in to work at the office.

Cons

promotion is determined by how sexy you look, what kind of designer dress or shoe do you have on, do you drive the right car. not explaining job roles to prospective employees. the unwillingness of the company to pay for relocation allowances for employees. Also, employees that are posted to other end markets outside Nigeria are paid a daily stipend of $50 which is criminal. openmindedness is not encouraged. Career paths, training and development are not stricitly adhered to with non management staffs not being allowed to leave the field to attend trainings for more than a year.
