Cons
Growth and development isn't based on meritocracy but prefrences and who the managers want to push pay gaps between two grades are huge some mangers can create atoxic environment and your only issue os to either report or leave but a lot of people who report through a speak up as part of the sobc end up the ones to leave and it was supposed to be anounymous but evryone hears about them doing it if your direct manager is toxic he can block you from leveling up or even going somwhere else and if you are given a money bonus he can decline it basically it is bad if ur manager is
