Pros
- Relatively good salary - Complete freedom as long as your task done - Flexible working hours - Good office and good benefits (free snacks, drinks, alcohol...etc) - People quite nice, and usually smart enough to work with - Clear R&R and ownership
Cons
- Unstable structure, changes every 6 ~ 12 months, your can have 4 different LM within a year hence bad IDP management - Care about your MOBILITY more than your ABILITY, so if you wanna climb the ladder, prepare to be mobiled - Bad marketing strategy - The whole structure shrinking massively right now (by asking you to move to other country)
