Talent is wasted by long working hours and excessive overtime caused by the lack of new hires.

The organization within the company is in complete chaos, with too many campaigns being run simultaneously, leading to constant confusion and stress among employees. Moreover, we were often forced to handle product returns that were not defined in our employment contracts, further deteriorating working conditions and the sense of fairness. Direct supervisors are extremely selfish, focused solely on their own interests, with no empathy for field workers. Their inability and lack of interest in conveying our dissatisfaction to upper management resulted in a complete loss of trust and motivation among employees. The opportunity for advancement within the company is practically non-existent, which further contributes to a sense of hopelessness and frustration.
