      If you are a territory manager over the age of 40 career advancement into a management position is very unlikely no matter how many hoops you jump through for your division manager. Also; executive leadership needs to set expectations that are actually obtainable. Stretch goals are one thing but goals that set you up to fail just leads to low morale and high turnover
