This organisation will invest on your development and give you chances to stretch yourself in different roles and markets depending on your willingness to travel or move jobs

Cons

Assignments are sometimes short and doesn't not allow you to build full and in depth understanding so you need to own your own career and makes the right calls not to move too fast.
