Fake team building event for new ALDP hires.

Cons

Be smart stay away from bayada. Their ALDP program does not work, they discard you at the whim of a very bad leadership structure based in Salisbury for the NC region. The company operates like a pyramid scheme at best. They don't care about their patients only the revenue they generate!
