* Engaged leadership who are willing to advance your career path. * Rewards based on performance. * Fantastic culture, focused on the mission of caring for others.

Cons

* As a director in the ACSP specialty it is difficult to provide wage to field employees that is acceptable given the job market climate. * Constrained by state payor reimbursements. * High field turnover due to low pay rates resulting in high field employee turnover and dissatisfaction of clients.

With trying to be the best, Bayada is always changing and working towards improvement. Most of the time it works, sometimes it doesn't. Work gets very difficult when it doesn't.
