Pros
The location I was assigned to had a lot of foot traffic so sales goals were relatively easy to meet. Furthermore, the busyness of the location helped time go by quickly. Colleagues I worked with were pleasant and fun to spend the day with (some - not ALL). All-in-all, a fun job.
Cons
A few of my colleagues were there to put in the time for pay purposes and weren't aligned with company goals; and therefore only "chose: to assist customers who were looking to open accounts - to reach their monthly sales goals.
