Pros

Pros of working with BB&T was that sales goals were relatively easy to meet given that we were located in a busy market. The Korean customers usually wanted to speak with me since I was the only Korean speaker available. The team I worked with were kind and hard working so the hours spent at work felt like a family environment.

Cons

With all banking careers, the pressures of sales were burdensome. However, management did a great job coaching us in actively assisting customers and how to identify cross-sale opportunities. Banking (like most other jobs are sales-focused); but with the right mindset, you can "feel" as if you're really helping your client meet their potential financial goals.
