Pros

Good benefits package and a relaxed management team. Not required or forced to work overtime. Overall there is good training for the bank.

Cons

One of the lowest paying banks in the industry. Majority of the lenders do not know their clients and wait for someone else to figure it out for them.

Pros

Excellent Benefits, Matching 401K up to 6%, great training program

Cons

Relationship Banker is expected to know everything and refer every product for poor pay. Your incentives are unlimited but unless you are at a good branch, you will not get your incentive. People at branches in good areas consistently meet goals and are always recognized. All about the numbers and not your service even though the company pushes the "Perfect Client Experience" motto more than anything else.
