      Pros

      Very employee oriented, have good benefits, and love to help in the community.

      Cons

      They do have alot of regulations from the government they must comply with, sometimes it's hard keeping up with all the changes.

      Great education and training programs.

      Cons

      People are not held accountable. Retain the people who are not doing their jobs and let the people go that were. Human Resource Department is useless! Great Culture and Values if they would just actually follow them!
