Pros

Good benefits package Financially strong company

Cons

Micromanaging to the extreme It's not what you know and how you perform, it's who you know Leadership Development Program graduates are favored in every aspect Impossible sales goals - can only be met if you are in a high volume branch Employees are not valued and must perform like robots; very heavy scripting on what you must say to clients No ability to make decisions as a manager; they tell you you run the show but you really don't
