Pros
BBVA is a bank that try change. it would become a new bank using the technology if the staff worked hard right direction.
Cons
In my case, I am working in bbva since 2000 but I'm a outsourcing worker. And my situation aren't unique, there is thousands as me. The Change is slow. There is two models: - The old model based in factoring and outsourcing. - the new model based in agile and lean methodologies. this situation produce problems at daily work.
