      Pros

      Benefits are good, and culture is progressive

      Cons

      Underpaid, understaffed, unrespected. Some areas are well respected and get a lot of attention, and others are understaffed, overworked, used as a scapegoat when things don't work right, get no recognition when things do work right, and bear the entire workload of multiple departments.
