Office building at Keizersgracht, at the heart of the Amsterdam. Very strong and countable parent and ultimate parent. Able to acquire talent mainly from parent.

Cons

Very poor management level. Work - life balance is very bad. Management is not capable of taking the company one step further. No internal communication. No training opportunuties. No investment in human capital. No use of technology, poor working infrastructure. Very high turnover ratio , 17% mainly due to agore mentioned.

Pros

The company listens to it's employees. As long as your meeting your goals, it's really not bad.

Cons

Recently started micromanaging. Becomes such a pain to keep track of so much that it does more harm than good. Maybe of the systems were more merged and there wasn't so many systems to use it would make it easier.

There were really no pros to this job

Cons

It is funny that they got rid of the position after I was let go. Responsible for affluent clientele but you spent most of your day opening 25 dollar checking accounts and changing pin numbers to debit cards. Also try selling loans to High net worth individuals. Its a pretty hard deal actually next to impossible. Anchored to a desk when your told that you are the face of the bank and expected to be out in the community. when brought to management they told me to go out on my lunch break and bring in business.
