Pros

Compensation, benefits and basically every economic opportunity as a bank employee. I was also lucky with my colleagues and supervisor, enjoying all those too-many-working-hours with really good professionals and friends.

Cons

A poor Work-Life balance as the department had several differences between employees' job responsibilities-tasks-salaries.

Pros

In general they have a good compensation package, extremely team oriented environment, everybody helps everybody even if noboda has spare time, even management is open minded and always empatic towards employee problems.

Cons

The amount of work is crippling, it is impossible to keep all responsibilities up to date, you always have to make decisions and live something behind. They need to hire more employees. Even if the compensation package is good compared to their peers, when living in a 60% yearly inflation country, having a 40% salary increase means that you are losing purchasing power.
