Compass has just recently been acquired by BBVA, a large international bank with headquarters in Spain. So there are a lot of opportunities in the company as a result, and Compass will remain competitive within the banking industry.

Cons

Hard to move up in the company

Pros

It is the second largest private bank in Turkey, which is a good name to include in your resume. The pay is decent.

Cons

Highly hierarchical. Seniors claim that they value initiative taking and problem solving but in reality they expect you to follow orders and not think much.
