Pros

Garanti Technology pays competitive salaries to its employees in the sector. There are always a chance to take part in several different projects, as a result there are too much of things to learn.

Cons

Actually, although overtime is paid until 40 hours per month, the deadlines are too stick and you must work overtime to get the job done on time. Sometimes I make more than 40 hours overtime.
