Pros

Not many... benefits, pto, some holidays off Off a sat once in a while. Paid for travel and expenses , free shirt and food

Cons

Terrible training, low pay, favocrtizim, long hours, outdated systems and no respect from upper management..will not use them as a reference nor will I refer anyone to them

Pros

Great experience if it is your first time in a banking environment to learn the basics.

Cons

Very poor training and the management places a premium on customers over employees. The hours are difficult and they are not very lenient or flexible with scheduling.

Decent amount of vacation days, meet lifelong friends, good place to start out, accommodating to school/kids schedule, office is quiet for the most part

Cons

Understaffed, not appreciated for all the work you do, only see what’s wrong and not your accomplishments, favoritism, bad pay
